About the Role
You will partner with leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, team structure, leveling, performance, and employee relations. You will use people data to identify risks, collaborate on compensation and hiring decisions, and design programs such as manager training and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting fast-growing teams
- Experience at a high-growth company during rapid headcount growth
- Experience advising senior leaders
- Employee relations experience
- Knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and performance management frameworks
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, team structure, and leveling
- Coach managers and executives on performance, feedback, career development, and difficult conversations
- Manage employee relations cases and investigations through resolution
- Partner on offers, promotions, and market adjustments
- Use headcount, attrition, engagement, and performance data to identify risks and recommend action
- Design and implement manager training and engagement programs
