About the Role
You will partner with Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders on organizational effectiveness, manager coaching, performance management, employee relations, career frameworks, retention, technical hiring, and core people processes. You will help leaders make fair, rigorous, and scalable people decisions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders
- Guide technical leaders through organizational scale changes
- Coach managers on expectations, goals, execution cadence, and feedback
- Support performance differentiation and early issue resolution
- Enable effective one-to-ones, feedback, and career conversations
- Develop career frameworks and levels for technical roles
- Clarify individual-contributor and management tracks, promotion readiness, and growth expectations
- Identify retention risks and implement targeted plans
- Advise leaders on sensitive matters with legal and compliance awareness
- Align with Talent Acquisition on technical hiring and interview process health
- Partner with People Operations on people processes and employee experience
