About the Role
You will advise GTM leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, and leadership quality. You will coach managers, support organizational design and headcount planning, operationalize performance and employee programs, handle employee relations, and build People infrastructure with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of HRBP, People Partner, or related leadership experience supporting high-growth GTM organizations

Responsibilities
- Advise leaders across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Recruiting
- Coach managers and leaders on performance, feedback, team health, organizational changes, and leadership effectiveness
- Support high-stakes decision-making
- Partner on organizational design, headcount planning, team structure, leveling, and mobility
- Identify and address organizational, talent, structure, and execution gaps
- Drive performance management, calibrations, promotions, onboarding, engagement, and development programs
- Navigate employee relations and sensitive situations
- Partner with Recruiting, Compensation, Legal, Finance, and People Operations
- Build People infrastructure and operating rhythms
