About the Role
You will manage purchase orders across indirect procurement categories and source goods and services with internal stakeholders. You will negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and lead times; maintain supplier, purchase-order, and delivery records in Deltek Costpoint; support supplier onboarding; forecast procurement needs; reconcile invoices; and improve procurement processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing experience in indirect categories
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume transactional work
- Negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems
- Communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage purchase orders for indirect spend categories
- Source and procure goods and services with Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT stakeholders
- Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and lead times
- Maintain supplier, purchase-order, and delivery records in Deltek Costpoint
- Support indirect supplier qualification and onboarding
- Forecast indirect procurement needs and identify process or cost improvements
- Reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payment
- Implement standard work and best practices for indirect procurement
