About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will conduct technical discovery, recommend appropriate blockchain and oracle solutions, deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept, and troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data-connectivity issues. You will help prospective users understand the business value of data feeds, cross-chain messaging, and secure off-chain data integrations.

Requirements

• Computer science or technical background
• At least 5 years of technical account and relationship management experience across large, complex accounts
• At least 2 years of experience in RWA or tokenised-assets environments, or experience with decentralised applications, smart contracts, blockchain technology, blockchain oracles, or Web3 data infrastructure
• Experience with blockchain oracle networks, data feeds, off-chain data integrations, API integrations, or middleware connecting smart contracts with external systems
• Ability to read and comprehend Solidity, Rust, or Move code
• Experience conducting technical discovery qualification
• Ability to make architectural recommendations for oracle-powered data integrations, smart contract connectivity, and secure blockchain infrastructure
• Experience troubleshooting technical configuration, integration, and data-connectivity issues
• Pre-sales technology solutions experience, including delivering proofs of concept and product demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and qualification with prospective users
• Make architectural recommendations for blockchain and oracle solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Troubleshoot technical configuration, integration, and data-connectivity issues
• Advise users on blockchain oracles, data feeds, cross-chain messaging, and off-chain data integrations
• Connect technical solutions to business value for users
