About the Role

You will lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects and customers, translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions, and architect scalable, secure generative AI systems. You will develop proofs of concept and demonstrations, advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, provide product feedback, and educate customers and partners on platform and API capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or sales engineering
• Expertise in generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration
• Communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and architecting solutions

• Drive strategic technical discovery with prospects and customers

• Advise executive stakeholders on generative AI strategy and architecture roadmaps
• Provide customer feedback to product and engineering stakeholders
