About the Role
You will partner with account executives and customers to demonstrate value, build workflows, and support adoption. You will lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concept builds, workshops, RFP responses, and security assessments. You will create reusable workflow templates and relay customer signals to product, engineering, and marketing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical customer-facing SaaS or enterprise technology role
- Fluency with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and enterprise software workflow applications
- Ability to architect custom technical solutions or combine APIs, prompts, and platform logic
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to build in front of customers and run live demos and workshops
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute account strategies that expand ARR
- Own pre-sales technical discovery, solution architecture, live demonstrations, and custom proof-of-concept builds
- Identify enterprise use cases and design workflows
- Package solution designs into repeatable plays and demo assets
- Translate technical AI capabilities into business value for enterprise stakeholders
- Run customer and prospect bootcamps and workshops
- Lead responses to RFPs and security assessments
- Develop reusable workflow templates
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to share client signals
