About the Role
You will work with enterprise customers to turn business problems into evaluated agentic workflows. You will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents and North platform features, integrate tools, APIs, and data sources, scope use cases end to end, contribute reusable delivery patterns, and travel to customer and partner sites.

Responsibilities
- Translate customer business problems into agentic workflows with success criteria and evaluation methods
- Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources
- Build and ship North platform features through production
- Scope and shape customer use cases end to end
- Contribute reusable frameworks and delivery patterns
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
