About the Role
You will translate customer business problems into agentic workflows, lead the design and deployment of reliable LLM-powered agents, and ship platform features from concept through production. You will evaluate and improve agent behavior, guide technical delivery, mentor engineers, and travel to customer and partner sites.
Requirements
- Production-grade software development experience
- Experience designing, building, evaluating, and fine-tuning LLM-based agents
- Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, RAG, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, tool use, ReAct, and failure handling
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Customer-facing delivery experience for LLM-powered solutions
- Technical leadership experience
- Fluency in English and Korean
Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise business problems into agentic workflows with success criteria
- Lead the design, build, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents
- Define quality standards and improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails
- Build and ship platform features through production
- Scope and shape customer use cases end to end
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality
- Travel up to 20–40% to work with customers and partners
