About the Role
You will lead technical customer conversations, map business problems to technical solutions, and design and deploy customer pilots. You will own technical stakeholder relationships, facilitate evaluations, document scalable processes, work with partners, and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre- or post-sales Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar experience
- Understanding of generative AI and LLM strengths and weaknesses
- Familiarity with foundational machine-learning concepts
- Experience working with Python and assistive coding tools
- Professional fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Lead technical customer conversations
- Design enterprise architectures and customer pilots
- Investigate customer queries and demonstrate AI technology
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots
- Develop and document scalable processes
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer needs
- Work with partners to enable and accelerate customers
- Own technical stakeholder relationships
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Provide product best-practice guidance and gather customer feedback
