About the Role
You will own and drive recruiting for highly specialized security-cleared sales and non-sales roles. You will run recruiting like a sales funnel from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer acceptance, develop targeted outreach campaigns, and act as the primary closer for cleared candidates. You will partner with hiring managers to align priorities and hiring strategy, and continuously optimize performance using pipeline metrics and data to improve conversion and time-to-close.
Requirements
- 7+ years recruiting for cleared National Security sales roles
- Active network of cleared talent
- Proven success filling hard-to-close roles via outbound sourcing
- Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data
- Comfort operating in a quota-like environment
- Highly persuasive communication and stakeholder influence
- Grit, resilience, and a closing mindset
