About the Role

You will own and improve the renewal operating model by mapping processes, removing bottlenecks, establishing governance, and leading change initiatives. You will build trusted reporting and forecasting, turn complex data into recommendations, identify practical AI and automation use cases, establish responsible safeguards, and coordinate operational improvements across business functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals operations
  • Experience leading process redesign, operational transformation, or change initiatives across multiple teams
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Ability to define metrics, assess data quality, and build dashboards
  • Experience with CRM, customer success, business intelligence, or planning systems such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Gainsight, or Tableau
  • Practical experience using generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow tools
  • Understanding of data governance, metric standardization, documentation, and operational controls
  • Project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Subscription, SaaS, or technology business experience preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization, workflow automation, or business intelligence tools preferred
  • Experience with renewal forecasting, churn reporting, save-potential analysis, or executive operating reviews preferred
  • Experience with AI governance, prompt standards, evaluation methods, or human-in-the-loop reviews preferred
  • Change management, project management, analytics, or AI-related certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the end-to-end renewal operating model
  • Map processes and remove bottlenecks and control gaps
  • Lead cross-functional process changes through implementation and measurement
  • Establish process ownership, documentation, service expectations, and success metrics
  • Build renewal dashboards and reports
  • Deliver operational and executive reporting with actionable insights
  • Improve forecast accuracy and renewal data quality
  • Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases
  • Design AI-enabled workflows for analysis and decision support
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, and consistency
  • Establish human review, privacy, security, and data-quality safeguards
  • Lead requirements gathering, process reviews, and implementation planning
  • Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact
