About the Role
You will own the revenue operations function end to end. You will manage dashboards, reporting, CRM processes, automations, forecasting, business intelligence, market signals, compensation planning, quota setting, territory assignment, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Use onchain products and understand DeFi protocols and users
- Experience in revenue operations growth engineering or business analysis at a B2B startup
- Technical or software background
- Experience building automations and reasoning about connected systems
- Strong data cleaning modeling analysis and reporting skills
- Finance experience
- Business judgment and critical thinking
- Strong ownership and autonomy
- Clear async communication
- Comfort operating in fast-changing ambiguous contexts
- Team-first mindset and low ego
Responsibilities
- Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting
- Run the GTM technology stack automations and AI tooling
- Maintain a minimal and accurate CRM
- Build business intelligence and forecasting
- Surface market and media signals
- Partner with leadership and Finance on compensation quotas and territories
- Manage the knowledge base and data management
