About the Role

You will own a go-to-market systems domain, including its roadmap, architecture, and operational health. You will design and deploy Salesforce automation, translate business needs into measurable solutions, manage integrations and data models, prioritize work by ROI, and deliver multi-month projects across dependent stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business-systems experience at a fast-paced company
  • Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Deep experience with HubSpot
  • Experience building and debugging complex Salesforce flows
  • Ability to frame, decide, and ship ambiguous requests
  • Ability to translate requirements into measurable solutions
  • Metric-driven prioritization based on ROI, effort, and maintenance cost
  • Experience delivering multi-month projects with cross-team dependencies without dedicated project management
  • Fluency with AI tools and understanding of their limitations
  • Experience with channel or marketing systems
  • Experience with cross-functional program management
  • Product mindset toward internal tooling
  • Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI and warehouse tools
  • Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Linear or similar project management software
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or technology company

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health of a GTM systems domain
  • Build and deploy Salesforce flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, permission sets, and approvals
  • Translate business requirements into measurable solution designs
  • Prioritize requests using ROI, effort, and maintenance cost
  • Manage integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and Workato
  • Own dashboards, reporting, and data models
  • Drive alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Use AI for flow logic, test cases, documentation, and impact analysis
  • Define guardrails for AI use with GTM data
