About the Role
You will manage daily corporate action operations and ensure delivery within service and performance requirements. You will oversee exception reporting escalations compliance training documentation testing projects and automation initiatives. You will develop staff plans manage controls and support business operations across the Asian market timezone.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- Background in back office financial operations
- Experience with brokers custodians platforms and regulatory bodies
- Interest in financial markets investment operations asset servicing or corporate actions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience handling large volumes of data accurately

- Manage daily corporate action operations
- Monitor control account and client deficit reporting
- Complete daily team checklists and manage issue logs
- Manage email inboxes and escalations
- Deliver staff development plans and training
- Manage compliance and regulatory requirements
- Keep procedure documentation accurate and up to date
- Deliver team projects and testing requirements
- Manage new functionality and associated controls
- Deliver annual team scorecards
- Support system enhancements and corporate action automation
- Support Asian business operations across the market timezone
