About the Role
You will connect GTM, Product, and Engineering around customer-impacting changes. You will own large programs end to end, coordinate functional owners, sequence communications, manage risks and escalations, measure outcomes, and build durable operating playbooks and governance.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of program or project management experience owning complex cross-functional programs end to end
- Experience connecting technical and commercial teams
- Technical fluency in enterprise software platforms
- Experience holding teams accountable without formal authority
- Experience creating or improving durable processes
- Strong technical and executive writing skills
Responsibilities
- Connect GTM, Product, and Engineering for customer-impacting changes
- Determine customer and partner support needs and identify internal teams to enable
- Own large cross-functional programs from planning through outcome
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Engagement Managers
- Run program kickoffs and operating cadences and hold owners accountable
- Design coordinated customer and partner communication plans
- Track progress, enforce deadlines, manage escalations, and report risks to senior leadership
- Define program success metrics and lead retrospectives
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and governance cadences
