About the Role
You will own the product roadmap for a strategic customer segment, prioritize work, and drive features from concept to customer adoption. You will build and ship AI-native features, contribute agents and plugins to an internal marketplace, and run rapid customer discovery to produce actionable specs. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Sales to deliver complete capabilities quickly, define and measure success through adoption and deal outcomes, and partner with GTM to launch and position new capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record building or shipping AI-powered features
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating in complex enterprise domains such as financial crime, intelligence, defense, or fintech
- Ability to run enterprise discovery calls and produce specs quickly
- Clear and fast written communication suitable for engineering handoff
- Bias for action and ability to ship iterative V1s rapidly
