About the Role
You will own the strategy and delivery of either Surveys or Guidance, from defining the right problems through shipping outcomes. You will set success metrics, connect product outcomes to commercial results, work closely with customers, write strategy documents and PRDs, balance near-term delivery with long-term product health, and contribute to product practice and PM hiring.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience owning a critical product domain
- Experience setting product strategy and connecting outcomes to commercial results
- Experience with zero-to-one product development in a complex experience-driven space
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered products
- Strong written communication through strategy documents, PRDs, and decision memos
- Experience with enterprise buying motions
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-quarter strategy for Surveys and Guidance
- Define success metrics and connect product outcomes to commercial results
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product direction
- Align engineering, design, R&D, and commercial stakeholders on strategy
- Produce strategy documents, PRDs, and decision narratives
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health
- Improve product practices and participate in PM hiring
