About the Role

You will define product direction for AI-native video creation, translate model capabilities into reliable user experiences, and lead products from problem definition through launch and iteration. You will work across research, engineering, design, growth, marketing, and support; establish evaluation frameworks; study user needs; and manage and develop Product Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience or 8+ years in roles that build exceptional product judgment
• Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
• Fluency in generative media
• Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with modern AI models and tools
• Cross-functional leadership across product engineering and executive stakeholders
• Technical and product communication skills
• Understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs
• A point of view on the future of product management

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and turn it into concrete product bets
• Translate model capabilities into reliable and intuitive product experiences
• Create coherent creative workflows across generation editing iteration and publishing
• Evaluate generated media for quality controllability consistency latency cost and creative usefulness
• Study user workflows and identify product opportunities
• Own products from ambiguous problem definition through prototype launch measurement and iteration
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks with Data Science
• Partner on product positioning launches education and distribution
• Manage mentor and develop Product Managers
