About the Role
You will own the self-serve product experience for SMB customers, taking ideas through to shipped features. You will define user problems, shape the roadmap with design and engineering, turn AI capabilities into useful products, speak with e-commerce sellers, and use data to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and determine next steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with multiple product launches
- Experience building B2B SaaS products for self-serve customers
- Knowledge of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing
- Experience using Claude or an equivalent AI tool for prototyping, user testing, or automation
- Product judgment and ability to explain product decisions
- Data analysis skills
- Experience operating with high autonomy in small teams
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the roadmap for the self-serve SMB product
- Define user problems before designing solutions
- Partner with design and engineering to ship product work
- Turn AI capabilities into product features
- Interview e-commerce sellers and incorporate feedback into roadmap decisions
- Pull and interpret data, test hypotheses, and measure shipped work
