About the Role

You will define product strategy and roadmap for core user experiences across web, mobile, desktop, extension, SDK, navigation, notifications, and settings. You will use customer insight, experimentation, and data to improve activation, engagement, retention, and product quality while translating concepts into detailed, shippable workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of owning and shipping product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, consumer products, or workflow platforms
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into polished product experiences
  • Experience driving growth, engagement, and retention through experimentation, instrumentation, and data-driven iteration
  • Technical fluency partnering with engineering and data teams on retrieval, ranking, client infrastructure, and intelligence layers
  • Ability to specify user workflows, interaction models, and product capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Core Experience
  • Own the quality and consistency of core product surfaces and user journeys
  • Partner with Search and Chat teams on cohesive end-to-end experiences
  • Research user, customer, and stakeholder workflows and friction points
  • Drive activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, collaboration, virality, and session depth
  • Use A/B testing, instrumentation, and qualitative research to improve product metrics
  • Translate ambiguous concepts into scoped products, user flows, interaction patterns, and quality standards
  • Prioritize customer needs, platform opportunities, and company priorities
  • Incorporate customer-facing insights into product strategy
  • Specify concrete workflows, UI behavior, performance, and adoption paths
