About the Role

You will own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for high-impact internal tools. You will learn directly from users, prioritize cross-functional workflows, and guide tools for robot testing, fleet operations, data labeling, quality review, and potentially customer-facing robot operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with internal platforms, operations tools, or business workflow software
  • Experience with hardware, robotics, connected-device fleets, or machine learning data workflows
  • Discovery skills with non-technical users
  • Technical knowledge of robot health and performance data, cloud services, data storage, and access controls
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and people-performed workflows
  • Experience with robot fleet management, remote robot operation, or test labs connecting hardware to software-driven tests

Responsibilities

  • Own the internal tools roadmap and turn reactive requests into a coherent strategy
  • Prioritize tools for robot testing, robot operation, and fleet management
  • Define requirements for robot testing spaces, including robot, people, and space coordination
  • Shape robot operation tools for data collection, evaluation, testing, engineering, and product users
  • Scale data labeling and quality review tools with data operations and machine learning teams
  • Learn from internal users and translate workflows into clear requirements
  • Set priorities with engineering, data operations, and other leads
  • Decide where AI agents add value and where people should control the work
  • Define and track success metrics for each tool
  • Potentially extend tools to customer support, remote robot operation, and diagnostic-log viewing
