About the Role
You define global platform roadmaps, translate them into product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and provide product vision to scrum teams. You communicate strategy and trade-offs, align expectations across engineering and partners, and guide blockchain-based payments capabilities through the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
- At least 2–3 years as a software engineer
- Product management experience in the fintech payments and blockchain sector
- Payments and blockchain domain knowledge
- Experience with software engineering in platform, backend, or full-stack areas
- Experience with payment processing system architecture, design, and implementation
- Experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured data
- Experience with modern web frameworks and writing REST APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Define the global platform roadmap
- Distill the roadmap into product requirements
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Provide product vision to scrum teams
- Execute the roadmap with business and engineering milestones
- Communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams
- Align expectations with engineering, architecture, partners, and professional services teams throughout the software development lifecycle
