About the Role
Lead product strategy and execution for TBCASoft's blockchain-based payment platforms, translating roadmaps into requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- At least 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
- Product management experience in fintech payments and blockchain.
- Experience with platform, backend, or full-stack software engineering.
- Experience with payment processing architecture, design, and implementation.
- Experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with modern web frameworks and REST APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define the global platform roadmap.
- Distill the roadmap into product requirements and prioritize the backlog.
- Provide product vision to scrum teams and execute business and engineering milestones.
- Communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams.
- Align engineering, architecture, partners, and professional services throughout the software development lifecycle.
