About the Role
You will set product strategy and execute the roadmap while managing and developing product managers. You will work closely with customers to understand knowledge needs, align stakeholders around priorities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and build scalable product processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product-management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises
- Experience with customer-facing features and internal capabilities and services
- Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML and ranking tools is a plus
- Strong technical background and analytical thinking
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of ownership, initiative, and results delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience adopting or building with AI for product work
Responsibilities
- Understand customer knowledge needs through direct customer engagement
- Develop product-roadmap priorities that align customer needs and product vision
- Give product managers context, direction, and alignment
- Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and execution
- Coordinate with leadership, go-to-market teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build scalable product and team processes
