About the Role
You will help define, scope, and prioritize product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations. You will turn operational, regulatory, and client needs into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can build. You will drive data integrations, coordinate releases, manage UAT and QA planning, maintain documentation and training materials, and use operational data to guide roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Experience driving a product area from requirements through launch and iteration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements
- Working knowledge of APIs, file feeds, and webhooks
- Ability to manage concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Define, scope, and prioritize product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations
- Scope and drive partner data integrations from requirements through launch
- Write and prioritize user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Lead delivery with Engineering for onboarding and issuance workflows
- Manage UAT and QA planning for releases
- Prioritize the Operations and Compliance bug and enhancement backlog
- Maintain product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials
- Use operational data to inform roadmap decisions
- Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, and Client Services
