About the Role
You will own the Earn product scope from strategy through launch and iteration. You will define a prioritized roadmap, write PRDs, establish success metrics, and deliver features across the app and device. You will use analytics to improve the Earn funnel, manage yield and staking partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, assess integrations, and align Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. You will create decision-ready roadmaps, vision documents, and dashboards for leadership and collaborators.

- Write PRDs and define success metrics
- Use Mixpanel and analytics tools to understand user behavior
- Manage yield and staking partnerships and negotiate revenue-share terms
- Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance
- Produce decision-ready product documentation
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for the Earn scope
- Translate the roadmap into a prioritized quarterly plan
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Write PRDs and define success metrics
- Partner with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship app and device features
- Use Mixpanel and analytics tools to analyze the Earn funnel and prioritize improvements
- Manage yield and staking partners
- Negotiate revenue-share terms and evaluate new integrations
- Align Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders
- Produce decision-ready roadmaps, product vision documents, and dashboards
