About the Role
You will own the Compliance and KYC product vertical from strategy through delivery. You will define product vision, metrics, and roadmaps; write PRDs; partner with Design and Engineering; analyse onboarding funnels; and align product decisions with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Product ownership experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or API-led B2B
- Demonstrated business impact through product decisions
- Analytics, funnel, and experimentation fluency
- Cross-functional leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Own the Compliance and KYC product vertical end to end
- Define long-term product vision, success metrics, and KPIs
- Prioritise the roadmap using data, user feedback, and regulatory requirements
- Write detailed PRDs
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ship and iterate on features
- Instrument onboarding funnels and KYC flows
- Use analytics to improve conversion, cost, and risk outcomes
- Align product decisions with regulatory readiness across regions
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
- Identify automation and scalability opportunities in compliance flows
- Maintain customer and partner feedback loops
