About the Role
You will own the developer platform experience end to end. You will set and defend product strategy and roadmaps, prioritize customer needs against technical constraints, improve APIs for active customers, drive platform adoption, and mentor product managers while improving product documentation and communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Platform product ownership experience
- Experience building developer or infrastructure platforms for external customers
- Experience leading and developing product managers
- Experience improving APIs used by active customers
- Experience setting and defending customer-outcome-based roadmaps
- Engineering or design experience
- Hardware and software product experience
- Small and medium business product familiarity
- Early-stage company-building experience
Responsibilities
- Set platform product strategy and deliver a prioritized roadmap
- Drive customer confidence and platform adoption
- Work with partnerships to understand commercial and consumer customer needs
- Lead API improvements while preserving customer software reliability
- Simplify platform experiences and reduce product friction
- Build and develop the product management team
- Resolve tradeoffs across competing priorities
