About the Role
You will own the roadmap for enterprise workspace setup, governance, content lifecycle, analytics, and integrations. You will learn from enterprise customers, set product direction, write specifications, guide trade-offs with engineering and design, support complex deals, and define metrics for adoption, compliance usage, and support outcomes.
Requirements
- Significant experience owning a critical product domain
- Experience connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion
- Ability to prioritize across a broad product surface
- Strong written communication for PRDs, strategy documents, and customer insight summaries
- Ability to understand enterprise buying motions
- Based in London or open to regular travel
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for enterprise content lifecycle, governance, and operational capabilities
- Understand enterprise customer governance needs
- Set product direction and prioritize what to build
- Write specifications and guide engineering trade-offs
- Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, and Legal on complex enterprise deals
- Define metrics for admin-tool adoption, compliance usage, and support escalations
