About the Role
You will own the Receive proposition and roadmap for EMEA. You will select collection methods by market, launch payment and invoice capabilities, manage commercial metrics, improve reconciliation and payment visibility, partner with risk functions, conduct customer research, and mentor Product Managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Experience in payments acceptance, PSPs, acquiring, open banking or B2B fintech
- Knowledge of card schemes, acquirers, direct debits, open banking, wallets and alternative payment methods
- Experience owning a customer-facing payments product with commercial targets
- Knowledge of conversion and acceptance funnels
- Ability to work with financial, risk, legal and engineering stakeholders
- Experience with third-party and partner integrations
- Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis and prototyping
- Right to work in the applicable jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Own the Receive roadmap for EMEA
- Decide which collection methods to launch in each market and build business cases
- Own collected-volume, conversion, acceptance, cost and adoption metrics
- Take new payment and invoice capabilities from discovery to launch
- Improve reconciliation, incoming-funds attribution and status visibility
- Deliver value with engineers and designers
- Research client collection problems with Sales and Account Management
- Maintain Jobs to Be Done research and evidence
- Partner with Compliance, Risk and Treasury on safe and properly priced collection methods
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to discovery and delivery standards
