About the Role
You will own product design from early concepts and user flows through polished, shipped screens. You will simplify complex Bitcoin, financial, and regulatory requirements, conduct user research and prototype testing, maintain a scalable design system, and work with product, engineering, compliance, and legal throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of product design experience
- Demonstrate a track record of shipping customer-facing products
- Know how to build and maintain a scalable design system
- Show strong visual design skills in typography, spacing, and detail
- Speak Czech and English fluently
- Communicate concepts, trade-offs, and feedback clearly
- Use AI for research, prototyping, and design changes in code
Responsibilities
- Own product design from early concepts and flows through polished, shipped screens
- Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, clear experiences
- Conduct user interviews and prototype testing
- Use research evidence to inform product decisions
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Partner with the Product Manager to take features from idea to launch
- Work with engineering to ensure shipped experiences match the design intent
- Fine-tune implementation details directly when appropriate
- Collaborate with compliance and legal to create simple, compliant experiences
