About the Role
You will lead product design from initial insights through implementation, translating business objectives and user needs into design strategies and solutions. You will create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactions, visual mockups, and prototypes. You will design growth products and marketing initiatives, collaborate with design system, UX writing, and brand stakeholders, and improve quality through reviews and workshops.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience designing growth products conversion flows and acquisition or retention mechanisms
- Experience with user research A/B testing and usability testing
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance user experience with business goals
- Systematic approach to managing micro-interactions and overall user journeys
- Proficient in Chinese and English for work communication
- Experience with growth products marketing campaigns or financial exchanges
- Proficiency in motion design or prototyping
- Familiarity with design systems
- Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing results
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design visual communication or a related design discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead product design from inception through execution
