About the Role
You will define and champion the Product Experience vision and strategy while building and leading a team of eight full-stack PX professionals. You will partner with product engineering and senior stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives maintain high-quality work prioritize customer needs and coach people toward greater effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience in Product Design or UX
- Deep UX expertise and business acumen
- Strategic leadership and builder mindset
- Ability to work across functions and organizational levels
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Adaptability curiosity and openness to change
- Ability to drive urgency experimentation and improvement
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Experience managing full-stack Product Experience professionals
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the Product Experience vision and strategy
