About the Role
You will own growth experiences from signup and deposits through onboarding, rewards, challenges, lifecycle messaging, and re-engagement. You will frame behavioral problems, develop hypotheses, design experiments, analyze results, and prototype quickly with AI. You will maintain quality and fairness, develop the design system, mentor designers, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, VIP and business development, and lifecycle stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product design for consumer products
- Experience in a hyper-growth startup
- Demonstrated impact on activation conversion retention or monetization metrics
- Genuine passion for iGaming
- Fluency in behavioral psychology
- Experience with reward schedules variable reinforcement progression status systems framing and loss aversion
- Demonstrated experience building AI prototypes tools agents or workflows
- Exceptional UI craft
- Mastery of Figma and a rapid prototyping stack
- Comfort with crypto and Web3 mechanics
- High autonomy and ambiguity tolerance
- Strong communication skills
- Portfolio submission
- Submission of an AI-built project and lessons learned
Responsibilities
- Own growth surfaces from concept through launch
- Design onboarding signup deposit and first-session experiences
- Design rewards tiers challenges races and lifecycle messaging
- Frame player problems and develop behavioral hypotheses
- Design variants for experimentation
- Partner with data science on experiment readouts
- Prototype interactive experiences with AI
- Promote fair reward and retention mechanics
- Develop the design system
- Mentor designers and provide design feedback
- Collaborate across product engineering data science VIP business development and lifecycle
- Influence roadmap and product strategy
