Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio showing exceptional craft and systems thinking
- Track record of shipping zero-to-one products
- Mastery of interaction visual and systems design
- Experience in complex high-stakes or regulated domains
- Ability to operate autonomously through ambiguity
- Fluency with AI and prototyping tools
- Strong influence and communication skills
- Hands-on design experience
