About the Role
You will lead design initiatives from concept through launch, shape product direction through research and prototyping, and create polished end-to-end experiences across mobile and web. You will evolve design systems, explore AI-enabled workflows, communicate design rationale, and help improve design quality and effectiveness across disciplines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform-facing products
- Ability to own complex and ambiguous problem spaces and create elegant, intuitive solutions
- Strong product sense and strategic thinking
- Experience designing mobile-first products
- Visual design and interaction design skills
- Portfolio demonstrating aesthetic judgment, systems thinking, and attention to detail
- Experience building, scaling, or maintaining design systems or component libraries
- Experience collaborating with engineers to ship technically informed designs
- Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows for design
- Experience across UI, UX, motion, and interaction design
- Communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives from concept through launch
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to define and deliver user experiences
- Apply design thinking to the product development process
- Conduct research, prototyping, and iteration to turn product ideas into design directions
- Create end-to-end mobile and web experiences
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Help designers and engineers use AI-powered tools and practices
- Explore and champion AI-enabled design workflows
- Communicate design rationale across disciplines
- Help shape the design culture
