About the Role
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to create a cohesive retirement experience across employer and employee journeys. You will lead end-to-end design, improve setup and account management, connect payroll and retirement workflows, translate regulatory requirements into clear interfaces, and contribute scalable design patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- End-to-end shipped product design experience
- Interaction design
- Information architecture

- Experience with complex workflows

- Experience leading multi-workstream initiatives
Responsibilities
- Define customer problems, product strategy, and measurable outcomes
- Analyze data and research to guide iteration
- Drive the full design process from scoping through shipment and improvement
- Translate regulatory and tax requirements into clear flows and interfaces
- Align stakeholders through product narratives and design decisions
- Mentor design peers and raise design quality
- Contribute components and patterns to the design system
- Use AI to create prototypes and accelerate customer-tested learning
