About the Role

You will lead design strategy and execution across the contractors experience, from discovery and visioning through delivery and refinement. You will translate research and data into scalable experiences, collaborate with cross-functional partners, use AI for prototyping, contribute to design standards, and mentor other designers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • Experience delivering impact in complex domains
  • Ability to lead product-level design direction
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, research, and data partners
  • Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design
  • Accessibility experience
  • AI fluency
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end design strategy and execution across the contractors experience
  • Partner with product, engineering, research, data, legal, compliance, operations, and support
  • Translate research and data insights into scalable experiences
  • Champion inclusive design through reviews and design standards
  • Use AI to prototype quickly and improve contractor experiences
  • Mentor designers and contribute to design community initiatives
