About the Role

You own the design strategy and execution for a core equities business. You redesign trading surfaces to improve interaction speed and clarity, guide projects from concept through production, evaluate AI tools, communicate decisions to leadership, and shape long-term design standards.

Requirements

Experience designing complex user interfaces and multifaceted products
Ability to work independently and lead zero-to-one projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Deep interaction design craft
Ability to evaluate multiple product surfaces as a cohesive system
Openness to emerging technologies including AI tools

Responsibilities

Lead product design strategy for trading experiences
Redesign order forms charts and other trading surfaces
Guide projects from concept through production
