About the Role
You will own the product experience from interaction quality through production UI. You will design and build workflows where humans and AI agents work side by side, create and maintain the design system, prototype ideas in code, and translate complex financial operations into clear interfaces. You will work with customers and operations teams, make interaction design decisions, and balance rapid delivery with durable foundations.
Requirements
- Ship user-facing product code hands-on
- Demonstrate exceptional interaction design and product craft
- Show strong full-stack fluency with frontend strength
- Have experience with complex interfaces dense data and multi-step workflows
- Know TypeScript and React
- Be comfortable with Figma to code workflows such as v0
- Have experience with an internal component library
Responsibilities
- Own product craft and interaction quality end to end
- Design and build human and AI agent interaction patterns
- Own components patterns documentation and design system tooling
- Prototype ideas rapidly in code
- Make final product taste and interaction design decisions
- Translate complex financial workflows into simple interfaces
- Work directly with customers and operations teams
- Balance delivery speed with long-term product quality
