About the Role

You will own end-to-end design projects for mobile and web experiences, turning ideas and AI advances into accessible features. You will develop product strategy, interaction patterns, visual systems, and user flows; build prototypes; engage directly with creators; and clearly communicate design decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product design UI/UX experience
  • Portfolio of shipped mobile apps
  • Experience leading UX and visual design
  • Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and system-level design
  • Ability to visualize, prototype, and iterate quickly
  • Ability to develop consistent design logic aligned with users’ mental models
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from concept through polished execution across mobile and web
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create accessible user experiences
  • Develop product strategies, interaction patterns, prototypes, and shipped features
  • Define and maintain visual language, design systems, and user flows
  • Engage with creators and the community to understand user needs
  • Communicate design intent through storytelling, prototypes, and clear rationale
  • Maintain attention to typography, palettes, spacing, and animation
  • Advocate for user-centric design with empathy and impact
