About the Role
You will partner with a cross-functional squad throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will research user needs, create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, use analytics to inform decisions, contribute to the design system, and help measure experience impact.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product design or UX experience for web and mobile digital products
- A portfolio or case study demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction design, visual design, process, and measurable impact
- Ability to identify research needs and conduct moderated user sessions
- Experience designing complex products and collaborating with product and engineering peers
- Ability to communicate the rationale behind design work
- Understanding of the end-to-end design process from ideation through launch
- Ability to collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility
Responsibilities
- Partner with a cross-functional squad throughout the product lifecycle
- Research, design, and deliver mobile and web product experiences
- Evolve concepts from early prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups
- Conduct user research and use insights and usage analytics
- Estimate design effort, track OKRs, and measure experience impact
- Collaborate with the Design practice to address member needs
- Use and contribute to the Tide Design System
