About the Role
You will own product craft and quality, establish scalable design systems and principles, and design mobile, web, and AI experiences. You will rapidly prototype with AI tools, conduct user research and field visits, represent customer needs, influence product direction, and elevate design decisions across product and engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience with quantifiable success
- Interaction design and visual design expertise
- Experience prototyping with modern AI tools
- Code fluency
- User research experience
- Experience influencing senior leaders and product strategy
- Design mentoring or leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Own product craft and quality
- Build scalable design systems, patterns, and principles
- Design mobile, web, and AI interaction experiences
- Create working prototypes with AI tooling
- Plan and execute user research and customer field visits
- Represent the customer voice in internal discussions
- Influence product roadmap and direction
