About the Role

You will own the Prediction Markets experience from early concepts through launch and iteration. You will define how users discover, understand, trade, and manage markets and positions. You will prototype with AI, partner with Product and Engineering, and use research and data to improve visual and interaction design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Portfolio of shipped consumer products
  • Experience delivering customer-centric designs for complex problems
  • Visual design and interaction design
  • Experience taking ambiguous problems through shipped experiences
  • Experience using AI, code, and modern design tools
  • Communication
  • Knowledge of sports and sports fandom

Responsibilities

  • Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration
  • Define market discovery, comprehension, trading, and position-management experiences
  • Make probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics easy to understand
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the product
  • Prototype with AI to explore and improve ideas
  • Set a high bar for visual and interaction design
  • Use research and data to improve the product
