About the Role
You will own design from concept through iteration for chat, voice, monitoring, and developer experiences. You will collaborate across functions, conduct usability testing, use customer feedback to improve products, and build scalable design systems.
Requirements
- Extensive UI and UX design experience
- Experience leading design projects from ideation to launch
- Visual and interaction design skills
- Experience gathering customer feedback and conducting usability testing
- Mastery of Figma Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prototyping skills using Figma Principal or code
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design experiences for agent users CX managers and developers
- Drive the design process from concept through execution and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering product and leadership
- Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system
