About the Role
You will coach and develop a team of Product Designers, manage resourcing and hiring, and lead hands-on design for critical initiatives. You will partner with product and engineering leaders on strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps, while aligning design patterns and experiences across the app.
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading Product Designers in SaaS, fintech, or a scale-up environment
- Experience hiring, developing, and resourcing designers
- Strategic product thinking
- UI/UX design execution
- Experience working in agile cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder management
- Experience balancing user and business needs
- Experience across research, concepts, prototyping, testing, and handover
- Experience using AI in design processes
Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and set career goals for Product Designers
- Manage team resourcing, workloads, and hiring

- Use Figma to deliver validated member experiences
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to define OKRs and roadmaps
- Develop domain strategy and product experiences
