About the Role
You will create responsive website designs and reusable components aligned with the design system. You will scope and test design feasibility with engineering, manage projects from inception through delivery, maintain design assets, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional digital-design experience
- Knowledge of UI, UX, design systems, and commercial website design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC
- Ability to use AI technologies to scale and optimize designs
- Portfolio demonstrating component systems, responsive design, and success metrics
- Project management and stakeholder management skills
- Coaching skills
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

- Develop high-quality digital designs aligned with the design system and brand guidelines
- Create responsive designs for adyen.com
- Scope work and assess feasibility with engineering
- Manage multiple design projects from inception to delivery
- Ensure assigned projects meet timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and development
- Identify and resolve project challenges
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- Manage stakeholder relationships and challenging conversations
