You will direct agencies and freelancers, partner with stakeholders, and lead projects through final execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of brand design experience
- Fluency in AI coding tools, especially Cursor
- Ability to build tools, scripts, prototypes, and simple web pages
- Portfolio demonstrating brand systems and shipped campaigns
- Typography, layout, and art direction skills
- Experience creating reusable design processes
- Ability to explain design decisions to designers, marketers, and leadership
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Responsibilities
- Evolve and document the visual identity
- Create AI-assisted design workflows, templates, tools, and generators
- Concept and design campaigns from initial idea through final production
- Create key visuals, launch assets, web, social, paid, out-of-home, and print work
- Direct agencies and freelancers with briefs and feedback
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership
- Present design thinking to senior stakeholders
- Improve design processes while delivering projects quickly
