About the Role
You will turn strategy and audience insights into brand ideas, lead campaigns and launches from concept to completion, and evolve the visual identity. You will partner with product, marketing, and engineering, mentor designers, and communicate creative trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, product brand experiences, and digital applications
- Excellent design fundamentals and ability to deliver finished work
- Experience independently leading complex projects
- Ability to negotiate trade-offs with executives and cross-functional partners
- Ability to connect creative choices to audience, product, and business
- Record of helping designers improve and collaborating across disciplines
Responsibilities
- Set creative direction from business goals and audience insights
- Lead campaigns, launches, and brand experiences from concept to completion
- Set standards for typography, imagery, layout, and brand design
- Evolve the visual identity and brand system
- Connect brand and product experiences with cross-functional partners
- Mentor designers and raise the quality of work
- Communicate creative thinking, direction, scope, and timing to partners
