About the Role
You will evolve the brand through campaigns, web experiences, and events. You will develop scalable brand systems and toolkits, lead concepts and designs from brief through delivery, use AI tools to scale high-quality work, direct creative partners, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of brand design experience in-house or at an agency
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and executional craft across web, social, and paid channels
- Strong command of typography, color, and composition
- Experience building a brand system that scaled beyond your output
- Experience directing outside creative partners
- Fluency with AI tools for producing and scaling work
- Clear judgment about where not to use AI tools
Responsibilities
- Evolve and extend the brand across campaigns, web, and events
- Lead concepts and designs for launches and campaigns from brief through delivery
- Develop scalable brand systems and toolkits
- Enable product, marketing, and sales partners to create on-brand assets
- Use AI tools and processes to scale work without compromising quality
- Direct internal and external creative partners
- Mentor designers and advocate for design craft
